This model has been piloted in ERL for over 5 years. We ran a test drive with our partner banks, using our member-only bond payment system and this proved successful. From here, we were confident to have SLS introduce this to our general market of agencies and agents, via our brand domain Bond Nest. Bond Nest is powered by Super Listing Services Pty Ltd.
Super Listing Services Pty Ltd came into existence in 2016. It was born out of our experience with EAST RAND Listing (operating for 22 years). This is a closed members only system where properties are shared under various rules and regulation. We have extended great efforts to ensure strict vetting process across partner channels such as: legal contracts in place with each of our partner banks, necessary encryption certifications, gated security software, as well as privacy policies and accurately vetted terms and conditions, to ensure your protection.
While your commission agreement with your agency is a separate payment system that exists between you and your agency, Bond Nest is offering you earning potential over and above, with an initiation fee, when you refer your client to apply for bond approval via one of our partner banks. The more you use Bond Nest, the bigger the reward on future successful registration of bonds.

Once your home buyer has accepted the banks offer and the bond is registered, and our partner banks have paid Super Listing Services Pty Ltd (SLS), we will then pay you. Refer to our terms and conditions for payment process. We will notify you on next steps on the email provided.
Firstly, we pay the agency or agent. Bond Nest facilitates connection, from the agent and their customer to our partner banks. You, the agency or agent have control on the progress of your client’s application. You and your client will receive feedback on the progress of the application to the bank. You are always kept in the loop, to iron out problems and ensure timely turn around. This way, the banks get closer to your client and nurture them through the bond application process.
As many as Bond Nest offers. There is no limit to sending to as many Bond Nest partner banks as you choose. Or, your client can choose one preferred Bond Nest partner bank for submission, and you the agent pass this on via our system. NB! Please remember the Offer to Purchase (OTP) is required in the case of various bank submissions, and the banks will manage the rest with your client.
It’s easy. You have a fully automated dashboard available through our member portal. Your online dashboard alerts you to real-time status approvals and will archive the records for you. You’ll never lose sleep over it! As soon as the bond is registered you will be notified by Super Listing Services as to the payment process.

No. While Bond Nest can’t guarantee approvals, we can guarantee our bank partners are 100% approved and industry regulated for service excellence. Our partner banks will make this decision in conjunction with your client.
